We used Midland Builders LLC for two home projects and found their team to be exceptional. First, we remodeled our kitchen and used Midland Builders LLC to install our new backsplash and wood flooring. They were referred to us by a painter we used who was painting our kitchen cabinets. The craftsman was superb.

Also, the cost was very reasonable, so we used Midland Builders LLC a second time. This time, we were gutting and remodeling our laundry room. Midland Builder's team did the demolition work by removing the existing walls, and ceiling, and removing the old floor tile. They installed a window, put up a new drywall for the walls and ceiling, painted, laid new wood flooring, installed new cabinets, and finally installed a new backsplash.

The Midland Builder's team are detail-driven and finished our job in a very reasonable time frame. We contract Midland Builders LLC for the remaining projects that we have coming up: gutting and remodeling two bathrooms.

Over the last few years, he and his team have redone our laundry room (including painting our outdated wooden cabinets), totally renovated our guest bathroom (including removing the tub and replacing it with a walk-in shower), painted both on the inside and outside of our house and helped us with a few miscellaneous projects that we needed an extra set of hands to complete.
